Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Halcytron website and the apps published by Halcytron (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Individual apps may have their own additional terms that supplement these. For example, the Lumen Terms of Service. Where an app's terms conflict with these for that app, the app-specific terms apply.

The apps

Halcytron apps are provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own use. App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) may have their own terms that also apply to your download and use of the apps.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the apps;
• use the Services in any unlawful way or to harm others;
• attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Purchases & subscriptions

Any paid features, purchases, or subscriptions are processed by the relevant app store. Refunds, billing, and cancellations are handled according to that store's policies.

No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do our best to keep everything working, but we cannot guarantee the Services will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Halcytron is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
